Even fliers have proved to be culprits: last year, a frustrated passenger tried to delay a SpiceJet flight by calling in a bomb hoax alert after missing his check-in at an airport in India's Bihar.

Passengers are off-loaded from the plane along with cabin baggage, check-in baggage and cargo, and they are all screened again.

A debrief with management and a supportive check-in was supposed to happen after every serious incident but one was never arranged.

We would expect that this check-in with ICE about whether or not somebody's been flagged would happen when somebody's actually in jail.

It checks their timekeeping, sends them deadline reminders and regular check-in messages, and records the time spent on different clients, so the latter can be billed accurately.
